yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیماری، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت انتشار پشه‌های آنوفل در شهرستان بندرلنگه انجام شد.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">روش‌کار</span></span></strong>: <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بود که در سال 1393 انجام شد. لاروهای آنوفل با استفاده از ملاقه و به روش استاندارد جمع‌آوری شدند. نمونه‌های جمع‌آ‌وری شده در لوله‌های آزمایش حاوی لاکتوفل، کنسرو و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. لاروها بر روی لام مونته و پس از خشک شدن بر اساس ویژگی های مرفولوژیک و با استفاده از کلیدهای شناسایی معتبر تعیین هویت شدند.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتایج</span></strong><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه، در مجموع 710 لارو آنوفل جمع‌آوری و تشخیص داده شدند. آنوفل‌های جمع‌آوری شده بر اساس صفات مرفولوژیک در 5 گونه طبقه‌بندی شدند که عبارتند از: آنوفل استفنسی (18/37%)، آنوفل دتالی (53/32%)، آنوفل سوپرپیکتوس (97/21%)، آنوفل تورخدای (62/6%) و آنوفل تورخدای (7/1%).</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه آنوفل استفنسی ناقل اصلی مالاریا در مناطق جنوبی ایران، به عنوان گونه غالب با انتشار وسیع از تمامی نواحی مورد مطالعه جمع‌آوری گردید.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:3.0cm;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، 3 گونه پشه ناقل مالاریا در شهرستان بندرلنگه فعالیت دارند. کنترل تلفیقی ناقلین با هدف کاهش جمعیت این گونه‌ها می‌تواند نقش مهمی در موفقیت برنامه حذف مالاریا در این شهرستان داشته باشد</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Malaria remains the most important vector-borne disease globally. It is one the most important mosquito-borne disease in south and southeast of Iran, especially in Hormozgan Province. Bandar Lengeh County is one of the important malaria endemic areas in south of Iran. Considering the importance of anopheline mosquitoes in malaria transmission and vectors control strategy for prevention and control of disease, this study was conducted to determine the distribution of anopheleline mosquitoes in Bandar Lengeh County.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2014. The anopheline larvae were collected using the standard dipping method. Specimens were preserved in test-tubes containing lacto-phenol and transferred to the laboratory. In the laboratory, each of third and fourth instar anopheline larvae were individually mounted on a microscope slide and identified to species by morphological criteria and using identification keys.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> In this study, in total 710 anopheline mosquitoes were collected and identified. They comprised of six species: <em>Anopheles stephensi</em> (37.18%),<em> An. dthali</em> (32.53, <em>An. superpictus</em> (21.97%), <em>An. turkhudi</em> (6.62%) and,<em> An. apoci</em> (1.7%). In this study<em> An. stephensi</em> as the main malaria vector was the most abundant species and collected from all of the study areas.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> This study showed three anopheline species which are known to be malaria vectors in Iran collected from Bandar Lengeh County.
