fa بررسی میزان مواجهه با صدا و ارزیابی آستانه شنوایی در اساتید و رزیدنت های دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز در سال 1394 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">مقدمه: </span></span></em></strong>&nbsp;<em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دندانپزشکان از گروههای آسیب پذیر در رابطه با کاهش شنوایی می باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر سر و صدای محیط بر نمونه ای از این&nbsp; افراد طراحی و اجرا شد.</span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">روش ها</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیک توصیفی اخیر بر روی رزیدنت ها و اساتید شاغل در دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه جندی شاپور اهواز به عنوان نمونه ای از جامعه دندانپزشکی کشور در سال 1394 انجام پذیرفت. ادیومتری با استفاده از اتاقک ادیومتری آکوستیک استاندارد با گستره فرکانس 125 تا 8000 هرتز انجام شد.</span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتایج:</span></span></em></strong> <em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">6/41 درصد از دندانپزشکان&nbsp; مطالعه شده حداقل در یک گوش خود دارای درجه ای از کاهش شنوایی بودند. موارد افت شنوایی در گوش راست 6/43 درصد و در گوش چپ 5/39 درصد بود. موارد دارای افت شنوایی بین زنان بیشتر از مردان بود. ارتباط معنی دار بین سابقه کار و افت شنوایی و بین سن و میانگین شنوایی وجود نداشت.</span></span></span></em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;line-height:150%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></em></strong><em><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بهترین راه حل برای کنترل افت شنوایی در دندانپزشکان،&nbsp; اعمال قوانین در زمینه استاندارد نمودن تجهیزات کار مولد صدا است. همچنین استفاده از کاهنده های صدا، جاذب های اکوستیک و نیز عایق بندی مناسب دستگاه هایی مثل کمپرسور می تواند مفید باشد.</span></span></span></em></p> Introduction: Dentists are a vulnerable group who are at risk of hearing loss. This study aimed to investigate the effects of ambient noise on dentists. This cross-sectional study was carried out on residents and professors working in School of Methods: Dentistry in Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences in 1394. Audiometry tests using a standard acoustic chamber with a frequency range of 125 Hz to 8000 was performed. Survey questionnaires were completed in the hearing session. Data were collected confidentialy and the results published without including the names of dentists. The results of this study were analyzed using SPSS version 22. Results: In 35 percent of studied dentists at least a degree of hearing loss in one ear was detected. The hearing loss rates in the right and left ear were 35% and 23% respectively. Cases with hearing loss among women were more than men. There was no relationship between job experience and hearing loss. There was no significant relationship between the dentists&#39; age and hearing loss. Conclusion: Best solution for dentists hearing loss control is enforcement of standards of noisy work equipments.
