fa وضعیت حفاظتی و بهداشتی مراکز رادیولوژی شهر بندرعباس در سال 1395 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کارکنان بخش‌های خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به علت ماهیت کارشان همواره در معرض بیماری‌های واگیردار، اشعه‌های یونیزان، غیر یونیزان و مخاطرات ارگونومیک می‌باشند. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشتی بخش‌های رادیولوژی شهر بندرعباس در سال 1395 انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">روش‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، جامعه پژوهش، 17 مرکز </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دولتی و خصوصی دارای بخش </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رادیولوژی شهر بندرعباس بود، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از چک‌ لیست استاندارد مصوب وزارت&nbsp; بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی که چهار شاخص تأسیسات و ایمنی، حفاظت در برابر اشعه، فضای فیزیکی و بهداشت و نظافت را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد، </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">انجام</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری با نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:bmitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">S</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">PSS</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;و </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:bmitra;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Excel</span></span></span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">.</span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتایج<span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بیشترین امتیاز مربوط به شاخص‌های ایمنی و بهداشتی رادیولوژی جام جم بود. ازنظر شاخص فیزیکی بیشترین امتیاز به بیمارستان شهید محمدی و کمترین امتیاز به بیمارستان سیدالشهدا اختصاص داشت و از نظر ایمنی بیمارستان ایران بیشترین امتیاز را کسب کرد. در شاخص بهداشت رادیولوژی مرکز بهداشت شهرستان و رادیولوژی‌ جام جم و ایران بیشترین امتیاز و رادیولوژی بیمارستان شریعتی کمترین امتیاز را از نظر شرایط استاندارد کسب کرده‌اند.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج، آموزش و برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی، انجام معاینات دوره‌ای کارکنان و آگاه کردن کارکنان نسبت به خطرات محیط کار، می‌تواند کمک شایانی در افزایش سطح ایمنی و بهداشت مراکز رادیولوژی در سطح شهر بندرعباس داشته باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Employees of the health services are always exposed to contagious diseases, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, and ergonomic hazards because of the nature of their work. This study was conducted to determine the health and protection status of the radiology centers of Bandar Abbas city in 2016.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this descriptive-analytical study, the study population included 17 governmental and private centers with a radiology department in Bandar Abbas. The data were collected using the ministry of health, treatment, and medical education&#39;s standard checklist which consisted of four indicators including facilities and safety, radiation protection, physical space, and health status. The data, after collection, were analyzed uding SPSS and Excel softwares.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The highest score was related the safety and health indicators of Jaame Jam radiology. Regarding the physical space indicator, Shahid Mohammadi Hospital had the highest score and Seyyed Alshohada Hospital had the lowest score and In terms of the safety status, Iran Hospital obtained the highest score. Rergarding the health indicator, the City health center and Jame Jam and Iran radiology had the highest scores. Shariati Hospital radiology department obtained the lowest score, regarding the standard conditions.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Regarding the results, training, periodic workers&#39; examinations, and promotion of the awareness of employees about the risks of their work environment can be helpful in increasing the level of safety and health in radiology centers in Bandar Abbas.</div> رادیولوژی, وضعیت بهداشت, ایمنی.
