fa اثر بخشی مداخله آموزشی بر آگاهی و عملکرد دانش آموزان دختر شهر بندرعباس در خصوص پوکی استخوان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: پوکی استخوان یک اختلال اسکلتی است و ویژگی بارز آن کاهش استحکام استخوان بوده و فرد را در معرض خطر شکستگی استخوان قرار می‌دهد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی بر میزان آگاهی و عملکرد دانش آموزان دختر پایه اول دبیرستان شهر بندرعباس در خصوص پوکی استخوان بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">روش&shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در یک مطالعه مداخله‌ای از نوع نیمه تجربی 419 نفر از دانش آموزان پایه اول دبیرستان به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله ای در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده وارد نرم‌افزار آماری </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:cg times,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 19 گردید و از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری تی&shy;تست و تی&shy;زوجی برای آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتایج</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: میانگین امتیازات آگاهی و عملکرد در گروه‌های آزمون و شاهد قبل از آموزش تفاوت معنادار آماری نداشت. پس از آموزش میانگین امتیازات آگاهی و عملکرد گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش معناداری پیدا کرد. (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:cg times,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p-</span></span></span><span dir="LTR">value</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:cg times,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> = 0.001</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">). میانگین نمره عملکرد گروه مداخله از 2/22 در مرحله قبل از مداخله به 79/29 در مرحله بعد از مداخله تغییر یافت و این تفاوت ازنظر آماری معنی‌دار بود، (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:cg times,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p = 0.028</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">).</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر، مداخله آموزشی به روش مذکور در ارتقا میزان آگاهی و نیز عملکرد دانش آموزان دختر پایه اول دبیرستانی نسبت به پوکی استخوان تأثیرگذار بوده لذا برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای این مدل آموزشی در جامعه موردنظر می‌تواند در پیشگیری از بیماری مذکور در سنین بالاتر موثر باشد.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction</strong>: Osteoporosis is a skeletal disorder that occurs more often in the elderly, and its obvious characteristic is the reduction of bone strength which poses the person at the risk of fracture<span dir="RTL">. </span>The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an educational intervention on knowledge and practice of high school girls in Bandar Abbas regarding osteoporosis<span dir="RTL">.</span><span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>A semi-experimental study was conducted on a sample of 419 high school students in Bandar Abbas, Iran, wich were selected using a randomized cluster sampling and assigned to intervention and control groups.&nbsp; The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were entered into SPSS version 19 software and analyzed using descriptive statistics and T-test and paired T-test.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The differtence between the mean scores of knowledge and practice in intervention and control groups was not significant before the educational intervention. In the intervention group, the mean score of knowledge and practice increased significantly (p-value= 0.001) after the intervention. The mean of the practice score of the intervention group increased significantly from 22.2 in the pre-intervention to 29.79 in the post-intervention stage (p-value = 0.028).<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>According to the results of this study, the administered educational intervention has been effective in promoting the level of knowledge and practice of high school female students towards osteoporosis.
