fa وضعیت سلامت از دیدگاه مدیران ارشد منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Orginal <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">برنامه جامع سلامت منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس، در مرحله تعیین اولویت‌ها به بررسی دیدگاه‌های مدیران ارشد منطقه نیاز دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی چالش‌های سلامت کارکنان و مردم ساکن در منطقه و راهکارهای آن از دیدگاه مدیران ارشد منطقه است.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">روش‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، به روش کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا است. داده ها از مصاحبه ساختارمند با </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">۴۰</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نفر از مدیران ارشد منطقه ویژه (فرمانداران و روسای شبکه های بهداشتی) در شهرستان عسلویه، کنگان و جم به شیوه بحث گروهی متمرکز به دست آمد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:CG Times,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">نتایج: </span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از نظر مدیران، مشکلات زیست‌محیطی، کمبود تسهیلات ارائه خدمات سلامت و شیوع بیماری‌های مزمن شغلی و افسردگی و اعتیاد، اولویت‌های مهم برنامه جامع سلامت هستند. ایجاد شرایط سلامت عادلانه برای همه ساکنان و دستیابی به رتبه‌های برتر در شاخص‌های زیست‌محیطی و سلامت از مطلوب‌ترین دورنماهای 1404 می‌باشد. این امر با تشکیل شورای سلامت و دبیرخانه آن، با حضور همه ذینفعان و تدوین برنامه عملیاتی سالانه مشتمل بر مداخلات کلیدی و خلاقانه، و استقرار نظام مراقبت‌های اولیه سلامت ضروری می‌باشد. ضمن اینکه ضوابط سازمان‌دهی منابع و نیروها، باید به‌گونه‌ای باشد که جابجایی مدیران، اجرای برنامه را با توقف روبرو نسازد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Yagut;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong>: <span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هماهنگی و همکاری میان ذینفعان اصلی، مشارکت ساکنان بومی، مهاجر و شاغل در واحدهای تولیدی، صنعتی و خدماتی منطقه و همچنین حمایت مدیران محلی و ملی در سطح وزارتخانه‌های ذی‌ربط و ایجاد یک سیستم افکارسنجی </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و </span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt;"><span style="font-family:B Yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اقدامات اساسی برای کاربست متعهدانه برنامه توسعه سلامت پایدار منطقه و تحقق اهداف این برنامه ضروری می‌باشد.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>The comprehensive health plan of Pars Special Economic Energy Zone needs to be reviewed by senior managers in the priority setting phase. The aim of this study was to investigate the health challenges and solutions in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone from the perspective of senior managers.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a qualitative study based on the content analysis method. The data were collected using structured interviews and group discussions with 40 senior managers who were governors and heads of health networks in three cities including Asalouyeh, Kangan, and Jam.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the viewpoints of the managers, environmental problems, lack of facilities for health services, prevalence of chronic occupational diseases, depression, and addiction are some of the important priorities of the comprehensive health plan. Providing suitable health conditions for all residents and achieving top rankings in environmental and health indices are some of the most desirable prospects for 1404. These prospects can be achieved by the formation of the health council and its secretariat, the participation of all stakeholders, the development of an annual operational plan that includes key and creative interventions, and the establishment of a primary health care system. Moreover, the criteria for organizing staff and resources should be in such a way that transferring and changing the managers does not stop the implementation of the program.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Coordination and cooperation between key stakeholders, and the participation of indigenous people, immigrant residents, and workers, as well as supports that should be received from local and national managers at the relevant ministries, and establishing a survey system are the basic necessities for the implementation of the sustainable health development program in the region and the realization of its goals. منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس, توسعه پایدار, سلامت.
