fa ارزیابی ریسک خطرات ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی با استفاده از روش آنالیز ایمنی شغلی: مطالعه موردی صنعت فولاد Risk assessment of occupational safety and health hazards using job safety analysis: A case study of steel industry بهداشت حرفه ای Health Professional پژوهشي Orginal هدف: صنایع فولاد از جمله پر مخاطره ترین صنایع محسوب می شوند. امروزه ارزیابی خطرات به منظور کنترل آن ها برای حفظ سلامت نیروی کار از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است . این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی ریسک مخاطرات 24 نوع فعالیت مختلف تعمیر کاران مکانیکی تجهیزات در فرایند فولاد سازی با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل ایمنی شغلی اجرا شده است. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و به صورت مقطعی در سال 1399 بر روی 20 نفر از تعمیر کاران صنعت فولاد که به صورت سر شماری انتخاب شدند انجام گرفت.  شناسایی خطرات بالقوه و ارزیابی ریسک هر یک از فعالیت های تعمیر کاران مکانیکی با توجه به رویکردهای استاندارد MIL-STD  صورت گرفت. تکمیل فرم های آنالیز ایمنی شغلی (JSA)  از طریق مشاهده مستقیم فعالیت های اپرا تور و مصاحبه هر شغل شناسایی شد. داده ها با استفاده از شیوه های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی، بررسی و راهکار های کنترلی پیشنهاد گردید. نتایج: در مجموع 271 خطر شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد که 1/5 درصد از ریسک های شناسایی شده در سطح شدید، 4/32 درصد در سطح نسبتاً شدید، 45 درصد در سطح متوسط و 7/17 درصد در سطح پایین قرار داشتند. بیش از یک‌ سوم ریسک های شناسایی شده در محدوده غیرقابل قبول قرارگرفتند. بیشترین عدد اولویت خطر برابر 3 با فراوانی 14 و مربوط به خطر مواجهه با سروصدای بالاتر از 100 دسی‌بل بود. نتیجه گیری: براساس شناسایی فعالیت‌های مخاطره آمیز کارگران تعمیر و نگهداری، اولویت اقدامات کنترلی باید در استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی، آموزش ایمنی، استفاده از مجوز ایمنی کار و انجام نظارت و بازرسی منظم از تجهیزات برای جلوگیری و کاهش خطرات مربوط اختصاص داده شود. Introduction: Steel industries are considered as one of the most risky industries. Today, risk assessment is very   important in order to maintain the health of the workforce. This study assessed the risks related to various tasks in a steel industry using Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. Methods: This cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 20 maintenance workers in a steel industry. MIL-STD standard was used to identify hazards and evaluate the risks related to the activities of maintenance workers. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) checklists were completed through direct observation and interview with operators. The data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical methods and control measures were suggested. Results: In total, 271 risks were identified. The results showed that identified risks were 5.1% at high, 32.4% at fairly high, 45% at moderate, and 17.7% at low level. More than one third of identified risks were considered to be unacceptable. The highest risk priority number was 3 with a frequency of 14 and related to the risk of exposure to noise above 100 decibels. Conclusion: Based on the identification of hazardous activities of maintenance workers, priority should be given to control measures in the use of personal protective equipment, safety training, the use of occupational safety permits, and regular monitoring and inspection of equipment to prevent and reduce related risks.   آنالیز ایمنی, ارزیابی ریسک, فولاد.
