fa بررسی نقش قانون حمایت از خانواده و جوانی جمعیت بر نگرش زنان سنین باروری نسبت به بارداری دراستان اصفهان در سال 1402 Investigating the role of the family support law and the youth of the population on the attitude of women of reproductive age towards pregnancy in Isfahan province in 2023 مامایی Midwifery پژوهشي Orginal  هدف: این مطالعه به بررسی نگرش زنان در سنین باروری استان اصفهان نسبت به قانون جوانی جمعیت پرداخته است. روش‌ها:این پژوهش مقطعی، توصیفی بر روی 300 زن 15 تا 44 سال که به مراکز درمانی بهداشتی استان اصفهان در سال 1401-1402 مراجعه کرده‌اند، انجام شده است. نمونه گیری  به روش آسان و در دسترس و غیرتصادفی صورت گرفته و داده‌ها به روش آسان و در دسترس (سرشماری) و به صورت غیر تصادفی انجام شده و با استفاده از  پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته (دموگرافیک-باروری و نگرش به مشوق‌های فرزندآوری ) جمع‌آوری شد. پرسشنامه فرزندآوری شامل 12 گویه با نمرات 12 تا 60 بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و توزیع فراوانی) و آزمون‌های Anova و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن انجام گرفت. نتایج:میانگین نمره کلی نگرش به فرزندآوری 39.8 بود (حداقل 12، حداکثر 55) و میانگین سن زنان 30.02 سال بود. 37 درصد زنان مشکلات اقتصادی را به‌عنوان مانع اصلی فرزندآوری معرفی کردند، درحالی‌که مشکلات تحصیلی والدین 8 درصد و مشکلات طبی 4 درصد تأثیر داشت. همبستگی مثبت معناداری بین نگرش به مشوق‌های فرزندآوری و تمایل به بارداری وجود داشت. بالاترین همبستگی با مشوق تسهیلاتمالی (r=0.724, p=0.001) و کمترین با مشوق سبد رایگان غذایی بود (r=0.598, p=0.001). نتیجه‌گیری:قانون حمایت از خانواده و جوانی جمعیت نگرش مثبت زنان نسبت به بارداری را در اصفهان تقویت کرده است. این قانون با ارائه تسهیلات مالی و حمایتی، به‌ویژه در کاهش هزینه‌های زندگی، تأثیر مثبتی در بهبود نگرش‌ها داشته است؛ اما مشکلات اقتصادی همچنان مانع اصلی است.     Introduction: This study investigates the attitude of women of reproductive age in Isfahan province towards the population youth law. Methods:This cross-sectional , Descriptive study was conducted on 300 women aged 15 to 44 who visited healthcare centers in Isfahan province in 2022-2023. Sampling was carried out using a convenience, non-random method. Data were collected using researcher-made questionnaires on demographics, fertility, and attitudes toward childbearing incentives. The childbearing incentive questionnaire consisted of 12 items, with a score range from 12 to 60. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, descriptive statistics (mean, frequency distribution), and inferential tests such as ANOVA and Spearman's correlation coefficient. Results:The mean overall attitude score toward childbearing was 39.8 (minimum 12, maximum 55), and the mean age of the women was 30.02 years. Economic issues were identified as the main barrier to childbearing by 37% of the women, followed by educational challenges for parents (8%) and medical problems (4%). There was a significant positive correlation between attitudes toward childbearing incentives and the desire for pregnancy. The highest correlation was found with financial support incentives (r=0.724, p=0.001), while the lowest was observed with the provision of free food packages (r=0.598, p=0.001). Conclusion:The Family Support and Youth Population Law has positively influenced the attitudes of women of reproductive age toward pregnancy in Isfahan. This law, through the provision of financial and supportive measures, especially in reducing living costs, has improved attitudes toward childbearing.
